Kyle Longo D.C.
Dr. Kyle Longo is caring, compassionate, and highly experienced.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Longo left home and attended undergraduate studies at Western Kentucky University. Dr. Longo later returned to St. Louis and enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic. The results of Dr. Longo’s studies earned him a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Longo opened his first practice in Clarksville, Tennessee. The practice integrated Chiropractic, Nutrition, Rehab, and Interventional Pain Management. It was the experience of owning and operating a practice that employed Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Medical Doctors and Nurse Practitioners that enabled Dr. Longo to open a second multi-specialty healthcare clinic in Illinois while simultaneously operating his original practice in Tennessee.
Desiring to settle down and start a family with his beautiful wife, Sarah, Dr. Longo sold both of his practices to a nationwide medical group and moved back to St. Louis to open Empower Health.
Dr. Longo has dedicated his practice to helping his patients heal from chronic conditions that do not respond well to traditional medical approaches. His goals for his patients are to help them avoid surgery, reduce or eliminate medications, and to live the fullest and most healthy life possible. To help his patients achieve these goals, Dr. Longo has spent countless hours studying functional and regenerative approaches to healthcare. This quest for knowledge allows Dr. Longo to stay ahead of the pack and to get results when other options have failed. Functional endocrinology, clinical nutrition, trauma related musculo-skeletal rehabilitation, and stem cell therapy are areas of Dr. Longo’s expertise. He believes that in the near future functional medicine and stem cell therapy will be the gold standard for treating chronic conditions… the good news is that Empower Health offers those services already!
Dr. Longo has been hired by multiple doctors in various staes to teach them the most modern ways to address chronic conditions, such as diabetes. Its not an exaggeration to say that he is a nationally known expert in the field.
